Il Nuovo Fresco started out back in 1995; the idea was to provide vegetable-based preparations that could maintain the typical properties of fresh products for a reasonable period of time, thereby meeting the requirements of the modern food and catering industries.
The pumpkin pulp was the first result of this innovative technology protected by industrial property rights.
Over the years, we have expanded our wide and differentiated range of products whilst maintaining the specific characteristics of our preparations. The result is a skilful combination of tradition and innovation.
We were the first in Italy to introduce the refrigerated pasteurized freshness technology, which is based on specific “gentle” production processes and gives those typical fresh and natural features to our semi-finished products.
We do not add any flavouring or colouring; we only preserve what nature has grown spontaneously. The high quality of our products can be achieved only by choosing the best raw materials and ripening methods.
Besides our traditional range, we also provide organic semi-finished vegetable products upon request.
